Rules the system enforces on every receipt and every dispatch.
No order ships without photos
The system will not dispatch an order until it has a photo of the assembled goods and one of the loaded truck.
Who and when
Every dispatch records who did it and at what time. Once dispatched, the order can no longer be changed.
A 4×6 label per pallet
Every ASN generates one label per pallet. We recommend two, front and side, so it scans without errors.
Status at every step
Each order moves through Open, In progress, Picked and Dispatched, and you watch it move in your portal.
Differences on record
When your full ASN is received you get a pallet-by-pallet summary, including any quantity that does not match what you declared.
Instructions attached to the order
Upload carrier labels, Amazon labels or BOLs and special instructions on the order itself, with no back-and-forth emails.

You can upload your orders as a CSV file (for example exported from Shopify or your own system) and download the shipment confirmation as a CSV with tracking, cartons and pallets. If your customer requires EDI, your system or EDI provider translates to and from that file.
Can I ship the same inventory to many destinations?
Yes. You type how many pieces of each SKU go to each destination and a separate order is created per destination, each with its own picking, photos and tracking.
